The family pug had given birth to 6 beautiful pups, 3 girls and 3 boys. None died considering that it's the mother dog's third time to give bith. They say the third stage is usually critical. Some even suggests that after the third time, the dog has to stop copulating, otherwise, the puppies that would be born out of it would not be as healthy as the first-borns.
Lately, I noticed that one of the baby boys is sick. He doesn't move much unlike his siblings who are very energetic. When his siblings practice baby walking and teething on things, he stays in the bed sleeping. Plus, he's oddly getting thinner and thinner. I even have to assist him suck his mother's breast for milk. Sometimes, my sister and I make a milk for him so that he'll suck from a dropper instead. Maybe, he has health problems. I suggested to my older sister who's taking up medicine, that we should have the pup checked up. She said that we'll just take care of it ourself because all the vet's going to do is suggest that he drink milk and maybe take some vitamins.
I am setting a goal now. I am challenging myself to save this pup and bring his good health back.
