Cooking Beef Salpicao

As of writing, I am on my second shot in cooking “beef salpicao.” My first try was not really successful. Still my dog loved it lol. Anyway, this time I searched for another way of cooking it and found one from Ms. Kathryn Bernardo, the so-called “teen queen” of Philippine showbiz of late. Her procedure was so simple that even a kindergarten can get it. So I tried and I guess it turned out the way a salpicao should be done or at least look. This is how I prepared it: for 30 minutes marinate the sirloin or rib eye beef in butter, garlic, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, a little sprinkle of salt and pepper. Then cook and serve! Oh well it may not have the best taste but I sure should get A for effort here. Cheers!
