I had simple but meaningful Christmas with my family. We celebrated it the traditional way, that is, noche buena at 12 am, opened gifts as manito/a's to each other, took our family picture and just had a good time. I pity those who do not have their families with them on Christmas. They are the best company to be with on this once in a year event.
For the rest of my holiday break, I just went out with friends like yesterday, when I met up with Shiny and Rio, college block mates from UP. We had nice little dinner and then hopped to the newly opened Mcdo to have some sundae over juicy gossips..hehe
With the break, I was able to watch a number of dvd's like I Am Legend which did not meet my expectations, 30 Days of Night, Heartbreak Kid with the ever funny Ben Stiller, etc. I know that I would not have enough time to finish these flicks when class starts again.

I totally agree! My parents came to Manila to spend christmas and new year with my sister and I. We had a great time. Even if we did not have our own feast at home, just by being together made my holiday. :)
hehe it would have been nicer if you were with shiny, rio and I with the usual chika minutes...hehe
