It's the first day of my second semester in third year law. Unfortunately, I still have 2 exams left from my first semester class. One final exam in Succession and another in Evidence. I am quite bitter about it since I wasn't able to enjoy my sem break with all the exams going on. And now here I am into my second semester with all the upcoming new exams in my new subjects. I guess this is the price I have to pay by taking this course.
For this sem I'll take up Insurance, Business Org. II (Corporation Law), Taxation II, Problem Areas in Legal Ethics, Torts & Damages, Legal Forms, Special Proceedings, Legal Counseling.
I am not looking forward to any of these subjects because they are all difficult which means more overnight reading.

good for you Manresa people, 2 na lang exams nyo.
unfortunately for us, we still have 4 (succession, evidence, prov rem and labrel) haay..
