Spiggy

I cooked my very first spaghetti last Sunday. I never hesitated when my father said that he’ll teach me how to do it. And voila! I did it like a pro! I was slicing, chopping, and stirring the pan like an Italian! And when I served it on the table my family cannot even distinguish it from my father’s own spaghetti!

How I cooked my first SPAGHETTI:

1.I first sliced and minced onions and garlic. Placed them separately on a plate.

2.Cut into cubes the hotdogs.

3.Sautéed the garlic and then added the onions in the pan.

4.Added the ground pork.

5.Then the hotdog.

6.Rinsed some salt & peppa.

7.Added margarine and cheese. (I asked my father if the margarine thing is really part of the ingredients in cooking the spag but he said he doesn’t know but ever since he cooks spaghetti he’s been putting margarine in it. Maybe that’s what makes his spaghetti sweet and delicious!)

8.Mixed everything until the ground pork is already cooked.

9.Dropped the banana ketchup, tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce.

10. Put 1 table spoon of corn starch in a cup and mixed it with water and stirred it.

11. Poured the same in the pan and mixed it with the rest of the contents therein.

12. Mixed everything until cooked.

13. Placed a separate (pan, not actually I forgot what its called. haha) full of water. Added 1 table spoon of salt and 2 table spoonfuls of oil. Waited till it simmered. Then placed the pasta. Slowly mixed it so it won’t stick in the pan. Cooked it until it was soft and ready to be mixed with the spaghetti sauce.

That’s it folks!
