I watched the movie "Lake House" starred by Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves. The whole story revolved around time. It was about waiting for that special someone. As Kate (Sandra's character) aptly put it, "that person whom I can give my heart to." The movie started with these two characters finding out that they can communicate through a an old rusty mailbox in the lake house where Sandra once rented, and which was actually owned by Keanu's family. The beautiful lake house was personally made by Keanu's estranged father, who was a great architecht. Keanu was living in the past year of 2004 while Sandra was in the present year of 2006. They we're finding out how to meet with each other in the present. Events unfolded. Sandra lost her hope of ever seeing the man she's falling in love with. She went back to her former boyfriend afraid of waiting forever for nothing. This discouraged Keanu and he too stopped trying. But obviously, they still ended up with each other. Why? you have to watch the movie yourself. ;) All I can say that it's a good love story. The plot was very much like the movie "Somewhere in Time." It would be a nice watch for those looking for something to inspire their love lives. If you are still waiting for that special someone and you're starting to doubt if he/she'll ever come around, think twice because maybe he/she is just a minute late.
