Four subjects down and 4 more to go! The subject in Problem Areas in Legal Ethics just concluded at 5pm today which is the deadline for our final paper. We were to make a synthesis about the film Michael Clayton. The same is about a fixer in a law firm tasked to fix the messy situation got into by a senior partner. It involves a class lawsuit against victims of a cancer-causing herbicide produced by the defendant corporation called U-North.
I'm not sure what I did with my paper.haha I guess I murdered it. I don't have any idea what to write about and my brain was really slow last night that it can't process anything. I guess the tax exam is the one to blame. It was very long and we had little time to answer everything. Whew.
The results for last year's bar exam came out and a student in my school bagged the 9th place. How amazing! She made not only the school proud but also Davao City in general. We don't only produce deliciously tasting durians but also smart law students!hehe
I'm also happy that at least UP still has students in the top 10. I still have high expectations for UP despite the negative criticisms that its standards have gone down.
