After watching the movie Cloverfield I tried to remember what made me want to watch it in the first place. And yes, it was the fact that it was top of yahoo's list of much awaited movies this year. The fact that two of my classmates were bragging about how they are so eager to see it. The fact that it was so hyped up.It was nauseating. Boring. Showed more of legs, hands, torso's, heads in annoying angles. The intent I guess was to make another blair witch project out of it. But I was just not delighted.
The more we expect from a movie the more we get frustrated when it's shown and vice versa. Like with Jumper, many we're anticipating for its showing but many were dismayed because it did not meet their expectations. Same with Cloverfield. I heard the objections of the moviegoers right after its conclusion. The cries of ayyyyy.... nge...... were too loud to be shunned.
So maybe next time I should try not to expect too much out of any movie or anything for that matter lest I get disappointed in the end. I'll just watch it and keep my comments in the end.

i saw its trailer .. and thought na it might be worth waiting for. to top it off, nag-hit nga siya. but when i read na blair witch ang dating, i said never mind .. hehe .. i have never watched blair witch kay sa trailer pa lang, nalipong na ko .. hehe
can't remember the last flick i saw sa big screen, its either die hard 4.0 or harry potter or transformers .. hehe
hehe yep as in makalipong talaga jaz... especially sa mga sira ang mata i don't advise it.. hehe but you can always watch it sa dvd para you can pause it everytime you need to puke..hehe joke..
you should try watching movies sa sinehan to get your mind out of the hectic skeds sa law school... it might be refreshing..

lagi .. grabe ko magsine before law school, once a week .. karon na year .. wala pa .. hehe
may mga dvd din dito sa sa bahay, pero hindi din ako makanoodnood
pero tv pag-usapan .. ga-tv inuon .. hehe
hehe i saw that too... ok naman... e expected it to be crappy but it turned out fine..hehe another example of not expecting too much from a movie...
